Job Responsibilities:
1. In the first 6 months to 1 year, the trainee will undergo training in the business operations department to learn about international trade processes and product knowledge, before taking on international trade procurement responsibilities.
2. Procurement responsibilities include handling inquiries, communicating with suppliers and managing quotations, tracking orders, promoting products, maintaining relationships, and establishing supply channels.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in International Economics and Trade, International Business, Metallurgy, Materials, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of international trade processes, trade settlement, and trade terms. Familiarity with international trade regulations and UCP rules is preferred.
3. Excellent business correspondence writing skills and proficiency in office software.
4. CET-6 level English or equivalent, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
5. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to proactively engage with suppliers and customers.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing excellent service awareness and coordination skills.
7. Proactive, adaptable, with strong learning ability and stress management skills.
