Key Qualifications:
1. Economics, international business, languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, etc.), metallurgy, material science-related majors or international students from corresponding language regions;
2. Interested in the steel industry and international trade business;
3. Proficiency in at least one foreign language for native Chinese speakers;
4. Fluency in Chinese preferred for non-native Chinese speakers;
5. Active, self-motivated, and responsible;
6. Effective communication skills and teamwork;
7. Able to work at least 3 days a week for at least 3 months.
